The reward of Hard work.
The true test of every hard work comes with its reward. Hardwork does not necessarily mean those who push wheel barrows or who do weight-lifting. Hard work is simply being dilligent in what your can do and giving it your best.

Never expect a reward when you have not worked hard. The reward of every business, (or even academics) will be tested with difficult challenges which could be recession, criticism,  laxity of workers, wrong mindset of workers, etc. But if you can face these fire (challenges) and come out successful without your business crumbling or being covered in the dust, then truly you have worked hard.
Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
1 Corinthians 3:13 KJV

Count your hard work based on your reward. The proof of your hard work is determined by what remains.
If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
1 Corinthians 3:14 KJV

Remain dilligent, if you must have a reward or be successful.
